EA Parking installed state-of-the-art intelligent parking technology in all car parks. Pay stations and barriers, which are designed for ease of use and aesthetics yet unobtrusive in appearance are complemented by remote operational and management features. 

The new features enable modern payment and pre-booking using debit or credit cards as identifiers; credit card payment at exit station or ticket-less entry and exit by credit card; remote lost ticket payment features at all pay stations; and acceptance of payment in Euro as well as pound sterling. 

We can now envisage installing similar systems in other airports - the opportunities for increasing efficiency and streamlining of operations are considerable.    In terms of the management technology, the new system comprises a full network configuration server/sub-server and multiple work stations; CCTV and intercom integration; a modern control room and operator terminals; and Wiegand staff card interface.
