EA Parking wins Capital City Centre Contract
EA Parking, Surrey-based parking specialists have been awarded a substantial two-year Car Park Barrier and Control Equipment Maintenance Contract for all 18 Westminster City Council Masterpark Car parks.

John Mason, Masterpark's Off Street Parking Manager, comments  "We laid down an extremely demanding set of specifications for this contract, having completely revised former briefs and radically raised  expectations of service levels. EA Parking came top, after a close contest with another supplier, thanks to its ideal combination of quality of service and value for money."

John is happy that EA Parking has demonstrated its ability to understand the stringent requirements and fulfil the brief: "I look forward to working with EA and ensuring that all carparks are run at an optimum service level. We need to be sure that any problems that do occur will be rectified with the shortest possible delay."  EA Parking will be continually on hand and has set up a 24-hour Helpline to enable engineers to respond urgently to problems.
