All EA Group automatic gates are bespoke and manufactured to suit our client’s requirements. Designs whether in wood or steel can be either our client’s or architects design or taken from our Amazing Gates range of designs. We also offer an automatic / electric gate design service to enable individual design requirement to be met. Automatic / electric steel gates are manufactured with RSH or SHS frames with solid infill bars to ensure strength and rigidity and reduce whip. Automatic or electric gates can be supplied with a primer base coat, galvanised, galvanised or primer based and painted or galvanised and powder coated to any RAL colour our client requires. EA Group supply and install FAAC Hydraulic Ram and Hydraulic and Electromechanical Underground gate operators for our automatic / electric gates. This enables us to ensure that we supply suitable operators to give long and reliable service. Safety Systems are standard on all our automatic gate systems and they are fitted with a range of safety devices such as induction loops and photoelectric cells to ensure the highest safety standards are inhered to. for our automatic and electric gates, EA Group have developed are own range of low friction Pot, Wrap around and Pin hinges to provide increased reliability, reduced wear, and smooth operations. We have also developed a swing arm assembly to work in conjunction with FAAC hydraulic operators that provides improved locking in the closed position, removal of the requirement for gate stops and enables automation of large or heavy gates.
