Description

Our Slim Profile Automatic Sliding Door is the low profile derivative of our renowned standard sliding door mechanism.

It is slimmer, but our quality and reliable has not been compromised. It has been designed and engineered with the same attention to detail and after several years on the market, it has proved itself to be just as a reliable automatic sliding door system.

Through years of continued development, the EA3000 Slim Profile Automatic Sliding Door design has proven to be a popular choice for end user clients, specifiers and shop fitters as a thoroughly tested, low noise, safe automatic sliding door system.

We can supply and install made-to-measure automatic sliding door systems, designed to your specification. Or they can be retrofitted to existing doors as a mechanism to replace other units.

Multi-Functional

Different door functions: Manual full open, Automatic full open, Automatic partial open, One-way in/out and Door in lock position.
37 data presets you could adjust, such as the speed of door opening, the speed of door closing, the width of half-opening and door opening timing setting.

Low Noise

The sliding door drive unit applies the special lubricating feature and special decelerate gear mechanism.
KBB invented the special Fibrous nylon guide way profile and self-lubricating nylon carriage wheels, which further lessen the operating noise

Safety

If the operating sliding door hit a barrier, the reverse sliding systems will start-up automatically.
Choosing the Safety beam (photocell) system could make the door to operate more safely.
Choosing the (KBB) UPS advanced battery system could ensure the doors to operate continuously for 30 minutes under powder failure conditions.
Choosing the durable electro-mechanical lock system could ensure the door to be locked more safely.

Thoroughly Tested Design

Tested up to 3,000,000 complete sliding operations on a non-failure operating test.
The high/low temperature test (100kg): at 70°C keep operating for 3 days, and at – 25°C auto start-up

Multi-Activation Device Function

Radar sensor: Using infrared sensor for microwave sensor
Password access: Using advanced password identity system
ID Card: Using ID card, radio-frequency card and radio-frequency password card
Manually control: Using hand switch, foot switch and long distance control
